NMR is fun... X-ray diffraction however.. not so fun.. am bent on finishing NMR and EPR today.. to make up for my going to watch the exorcism of emily rose later.. woohoo! am finally gonna watch it! u know.. i somehow feel i completed more today than on normal days just cos i know i have to at least achieve some understanding abt BS303 if not i'd feel guilty for going to the movies.. (or then again maybe i'm just trying to make myself feel better.. heh..) anyhow.. my second paper will take place tmr.. BS302.. thank goodness its something i don't have to study for if not i'd be so dead for friday's paper. Am somehow enjoying the exam period (i'm not going mad).. the waking of each other up in the morning.. breaking fast together.. hanging out together for the whole day.. and of course studying as well.. the whole exam period support group thing is quite heartwarming really.. plus just thinking about what i have to do after the exams end just makes my heart wanna do multiple flips before sinking right to the pits.. *chuh* i guess i brought it all on myself.. ok.. can hardly resist the call of NMR and EPR.. am going to read about COSY and TOCSY (don't u just love the cutsie abbrieviations scientists use for experimental techniques? i guess they too need to perk up their jobs a little) ta for now! |
