 happy CNY guys. so fun eh?had my reunion dinner at my grandparents' place just now.. had a lot of fun with the yusheng! hahaha yummmmm.... looks yummy rightright??? its from our family's absolutely favouritest Chinese restaurant near Outram MRT! hahah we bought like 4 servings of yusheng! will be eating yusheng during lunch tomorrow as well! =) didn't used to like tossing the salad-ish stuff last time but now i'm really loving the proclaiming of happy phrases like 'lao ge feng sheng shui qi' , 'shi shi ru yi' that sort of thing (although i don't do it heh.. i just like to hear).. Anyhow.. as u can see from the spread shown below that i had a really yummy steamboat dinner! hahah plenty of yummy food... too much in fact! thus the phrase 'nian nian you yu' (which means having extra every year.. either that or u have fish every year hahha)  think my granny n granddad had a really wonderful time as well.. and i realised from this dinner exactly how weird my cousins are... halfway through dinner the youngest one ran into the garden, picked up a stick and started poking around at the starfruit tree (sometimes i really don't understand the little guy's motivation to do stuff like that). i would post the picture of him crouching among the plants with the stick but he might demand royalties for posting his picture for all to see so i guess its better that i leave it just in my computer..It'll be the first day of CNY tmr.. everybody rest well man its a long day ahead.. i have to head over to do my nails now! woohooo... silver nails for a happy new year =)
