i quite like Fridays || Back to top, baby.

Friday just ended.. i guess it kind made it as a good day =) spent the day at school, had lunch with Winnie and had a nice chat over the meal.. had a lot of fun with the girl during tutorial cos we were trying to keep ourselves awake and ended up kinda discussing really silly things haha..

Later on met ZiHui after school to go home with her.. had a nice chat with her on the MRT as well! hahha.. i really enjoy having chats while on the way home on the MRT.. but unfortunately the train rides are just always so.. short. *bleahz* no matter.. plenty more chats ahead? hahaha anyway girl if u're reading this just wanna let u know i enjoy our rides home! even more so when there are actually seats available *hehe*

And finally, met Juliana at Causeway Point! the girl was really quite nice to come all the way down to meet me at Woodlands to accomodate the poor me who was heavily burdened by heavy bag. Had dinner at Sakae, our erm.. favourite haunt haha. Anyway, subsequently we proceeded to have a drink at Woodgrove near my place.. and i finally got to try Milo King Kong! hahah sounds impressive doesn't it? it IS! the next time i drink that i'm so gonna have to share with somebody.. the thing is HUGE! its basically milo dinosaur (u should know this) with 2 scoops of ice cream (1 chocolate and 1 vanilla) and topped with a generous amount of whipped cream and a cherry. it was YUMMILICIOUS! 'cept for the cherry though i'm not really a fan of those things.. pity i didn't have a camera with me if not i could show u.. =) well.. i was talking with Ju and i realised that, perhaps i've been too focussed and caught up with hall activities these few years that i've failed to be receptive to the environment outside of NTU..

Thinking back.. i realised that ever since i've stepped into uni, my behaviour has changed a lot.. and now i'm beginning to wonder if coming into uni has unleashed the 'real' me or has it changed the 'old' me? perhaps its this code-switching thing thats happening.. but i've switched codes for so long i think i might have lost touch with the other code! eek. anyhow, i guess i'll take the time after exams to ponder about this matter.. and maybe i can gain further enlightenment about my true self.. hehe

ooh! anyway i've just learnt that 2 of my friends have gotten together! congratulations guys! hugz to u both! (quite sure u ain't reading this tho but maybe my well wishes could travel by diffusion or something into ur hearts ;p)

and one more thing.. i was just wondering if we NTU students are just too bored from being banished to one end of the island or we're just stressed from the impending exams.. i witnessed some guys one day outside their rooms while i was walking back from school.. there were 3 guys, i shall call them t-shirt boy, singlet guy and shirtless dude.. k, i was walking past right, i heard them laughing away so i turned and saw these 3 well built fellows standing at the corridor.. shirtless dude walked from singlet guy towards t-shirt boy who had 2 mismatched slippers at his feet. shirtless dude then picked up one of the slippers and walked back to singlet guy, bent down and kinda slid the slipper back to t-shirt boy (kinda like lawn bowling).. they were having a little competition to see who could slide their slipper the furthest.. then shirtless dude commented 'eh! i kinda like this game leh! heh heh.' eeks. and they're supposed to be future leaders?

go figure..
