ooh. now that the holidays are in full swing, been doing a lot of running about and only had time to put the jsan mraz song in my previous entry that was too big and thus made the blog ugly. all thanx to my abysmal IT skills la. my mouse and my hard disk stopped working recently.. so i thought it was my laptop that was in trouble.. so i trawled all the way to bugis to IBM to get it fixed.. BUT when i went there, my laptop worked ABSOLUTELY fine!! so the culprit(s) turned out to be my portable hard disk AND my mouse.. both of which decided to stop working simultaneously. :( so i had to go down all the way to simlim again to send it for fixing :( thats byebye to a lot of files for me... sigh

on a better note.. watched the Da Vinci Code last week and caught Over The Hedge today! haha been a long time since i walked around bugis also.. nice of David to hang out with me! hehe.

had dinner @ Botak Jones'.. if you haven't heard of it.. do give it a try! haven't really tried any of their other stuff.. but theyir ribeye steak is great!! comes with this brown sauce thing that tastes really different from the usual mushroom sauce that u usually get with steaks from elsewhere.. and the beef was really well grilled! super tender, reddish in the centre but not bloody! think they have another outlet at Tuas but not sure where.. the one tt i went to was at Ang Mo Kio Ave 5.. block 608 i think.. on week days the crowd is fine.. but on weekends its SUPER crowded.. need to wait v long to get food.. ooh and they don't open on mondays

managed to get my hands on a book today too! 'winner of the 2003 Pulitzer Prize' it says.. have high expectations.. yay will be sufficiently occupied during my free time in the next few days. =)
