i've allowed myself a break and it'll end in about 5 minutes so i decided to blog.

my lab report is due TODAY and i really do not have a blasted clue about how to construct concentration response curves. crap x bajillion-illion-illion. so.. i was up last night until about 4.30 am doing the damned report and drawing an redrawing graphs on excel. i felt so sick everytime i had to draw a graph. superly tedious and damn hell a lot of values. and then i woke up at 6 am to continue doing my report.

i went for my kayaking 1 star course yesterday and i was so ya ya about not having had sunburns in like 100000 years so i didn't put a lot of sunblock. boy do i regret that now. my face is so red and painful.

so, i'm sitting here now with a thoroughly UV-irradiated face and damn haggard looking eyes trudging along the arduous road that is my lab report.

kayaking was pretty fun yesterday.. 'cept for the facts that:

a. my instructor is younger than me (luckily only by 1 year)

b. some secondary school kids taking the 2 star course walked past and exclaimed really loudly in chinese: "eh those guys (i.e. the group i was in which were basically old crones to them) are taking the 1 star course and we're taking the 2 star leh!"

ok la i've exceeded my break for too long already.. gotta go back to my stupid report.
