had a really tiring day today but at least sorta completed all the not-so-close relatives today and now leaves only 4 households left to visit... yay.. anyway.. heres a picture of my lunch today:
the fish was actually still alive and flipping around this morning.. and then it became my lunch.. after lunch at the grandparents' place, we went back to my old house to water the plants.. i drove! hahah altho the drive was short the fact is i drove! hahaha although i have the weird habit of stepping on the accelerator while the car is still stationary (i.e. handbrake up and gears still at 'P') and it makes a really horrible revving sound.. yux.
Seeing the 'FOR SALE' sign hanging at my old place just makes me feel a wee bit sad.. i still miss the old place very much. just tt i don't really miss the amazing neighbours i have who just love to park in front of the gate so that we can't drive the car into our place.. (like. pls go get some common sense before coming round my area). i guess i'm still a thomson plaza girl at heart =) heres my old garden:

yea.. after that visited some of my mom's aunties (3 households to be exact).. the last 2 houses gave us dinner.. so i had like 2 dinners.. (somebody pass me a puke bin pls!!!!) felt really full of food man.. after that visited 2 of my dad's siblings houses.. at the first house we played card games and had a relatively relaxing time.. at the second house it was really a riot! (and i mean that in a good way) let me show you the source of our entertainment: its this weird helmet that my uncle got from Sungei Road i think.. and my cousins decided to dress it up with some weird goggles and headphones.. anyway basically the helmet just went from one person's head to another and we took a whole lot of pictures with it. many laughs generated from that one helmet indeed. and poor me. in order to get that pic above.. i had to go thru the traumatic experience of my uncle jamming the helmet on my head and then take photos with it.. haha but it was quite funny la... love it when the whole family can find something silly and all crack up together.. =)

orkays.. thats all for now.. i have to go to bed already.. relatives coming over tmr morning.. gotta get some rest.. nitenite!!
